An approachable Principal

Employees, who do not feel able to discuss issues with their Principal,  will talk to someone else instead.

 

An open, approachable Principal, who consistently addresses challenges in an issue-based, rational manner, will better monitor and address discontent.

 

Employees will air personal grievances, knowing their issues will be acted upon if justified. More often than not, injustices and concerns can be effectively dealt with in this way.
